“Follow The Flow,” a Vevo original special, gives emerging rappers one of the biggest platforms to showcase their lyrical prowess, charismatic flows and clever punchlines. It all started when famed DJ Envy from Power 105.1 invited unsigned emcees to send in video auditions with the chance to win a spot in the cypher series.
The contest brought in 3,500 artist audition posts, with seven million social media impressions over a two-week entry period. The winner, Cash Sinatra, generated the most Instagram likes with his audition clip.
The students of Del valle High School won B.o.B's Break The Mold video contest and received a visit from B.o.B at their school! B.o.B thanked the students for representing the "No Genre" movement and discussed there is nothing more important than being who you are and becoming who you want to be.
